    The H.O.W Crew:
    We are 3 friends from Hispanic descent who have led worship for many years both, inside and outside of the US. We are bilingual and currently serve in Hispanic Churches in the US, so don't be scared when we candidly speak Spanglish. All of us are PK's (Pastor Kids) so we share experiences about growing up under severe scrutiny and how that shaped who we are.

    Conversations based on scripture about all-things Worship Ministry.

    Our desire is to have meaningful conversations, centered in the praise and worship ministry, that help equip the worship leader with tools to perform their service with excellence. We answer questions to controversial topics surrounding the worship ministry and strive to learn H.O.W  to become those "true worshipers that will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for such the Father seeks to worship him".
