    Tim Walters is a professor at Okanagan College in British Columbia, Canada. He writes about football, late-stage capitalism, the climate emergency, radical politics and Slavoj Žižek. You can find his work on football and the climate crisis in The Guardian and The Blizzard.  Tim loves the beautiful game and believes we can do so much more to be an environmental leader --  and with this episode we dig into the idea that "the football industry needs to wake up to the climate emergency."
