  • In this episode I was joined by Shelby Farrell as we slowly hiked in one of the coolest places in Colorado Springs, the old Cave of The Winds Exit. I enjoyed this hike so much. Shelby is fun, she's smart and REAL. On the hike I learned more about where she came from, what was important to her and her family growing up... How she met her husband, Jason and future goals in life and in trail running. She talks about her FKT attempt on the Long Trail and future FKTs she would like to go after.
