Welcome back to another episode! Competition in ballet can seem daunting and really disparaging to us, making anyone who is better than us, make us feel lesser than. However, competition can be healthy and good for us all helping us strive for for and become better versions of ourselves.

The key thing is to not focus on this idea of "winning" but focus on the process and being your best!
