  • You can only lead others as well as you lead yourself.
    To become a more well-rounded human is how we can use this growth mindset matrix to become an overall better human, and we can never lead others better than we lead ourselves right? Self leadership has to come first, right? So we have to continue to work and grow on and do more work on ourselves. And honestly, just the act of doing that will make you a better leader.
    It will make you more influential. It'll make other people want to follow you because you're setting the example, right? We can't lead our families and just be like a curmudgeon and negative all the time. Well, why even, like, think about the example you're setting for your coworkers and your family, maybe for your spouse, for your kids. When you act that way, Right?
