  • Welcome to the Slow Thinking Podcast! In this, our first episode, we introduce ourselves as the hosts of the podcast and dive into the topic of Sustainable & Ethical travel.


    As a travel writer and an art therapist combining our knowledge and experiences, we hope to unpack the thoughts and motives behind travelling ethically and using sustainable methods of travel to explore the world, as well as asking big questions about the future of travel as we move into a greener age.


    At the end of each episode, Izzy sets an exercise that she uses in her work as an Art Therapist tha corresponds the subject matter we've been talking about over the course of the podcast., and you can see Seb's attempt at each task on our instagram @theslowthiningpod!
