  • Welcome to the first ever podcast episode from My Enriched Life. In this episode, I will be explaining some basics, the general format, topics that will be covered, the why and who that would benefit from listening to this podcast. Introduction to me, getting warmed up and finding my podcast voice. 😁 Enjoy!

    I will usually share with you some of my over 700 journal entries. Entries I wrote during and after the life-changing experience that I had in 2013. After having gone through this event, I was inspired to write many of my thoughts and feelings and I believe that they can serve as major life lessons for many people. 

    For some entries, I will read the journal entry and let you make of it what you will and for others, I will read the entry and share the backstory or the life lesson I was lucky enough to learn.
