Marianne is an author, artist, flower grower and designer, photographer and workshop host who loves all things creativity and seasonality. She has an Art degree and has been running her business, Frances & Rose for over 10 years. Today she’s joined, and interviewed by Lauren O’Sullivan. Lauren is a Psychotherapist, Business Coach and Marketing expert. She works with people to help them understand themselves better, to find their why and show them how to make it happen!

She’s a passionate advocate for finding fulfillment freedom and purpose in the work that we do and believes that work is more than just a job, it’s an expression of who we are. LAuren works with people who want to create, find a voice and make changes in the world!
