  • Are you wanting to coach wrestling but have never wrestled before? This episode is for you! Coach A shares how she went from coaching basketball to falling in love with the sport of wrestling and coaching wrestling. Her leap of faith to fill a need in the community is so inspiring! "There is no shape like wrestling shape" is one of my favorite quotes from the interview! Her ability to connect with her athletes, putting her pride aside and being able to put herself in their shoes by learning the technique with them is incredible! It was amazing to hear how much appreciation she has developed for the sport of wrestling by being a practice partner and coach.
