Episode 12 Anna Mortimer, Food for Thought

  • Resumen

  • Today’s episode is a classic if you’re thinking about jumping off a cliff – metaphorically! and changing your career.  Anna Mortimer is co-owner and head chef (the only chef actually) at the unassuming and fabulous little French bistro in Brunswick Heads called Honour. But before cheffing she was a communications and management consultant for big corporations such as Deloitte.

Here she shares that journey between different worlds. We chatted about her time in Paris, from working in a Michelin star restaurant to finding love,  her foray into butchery, along  with her most embarrassing moments and importantly, tips for a good red lip. This episode should come with a warning. We talk A LOT about food.

Enjoy the talented and  refreshingly down to earth Anna Mortimer.
