    This week we are joined by best selling author, and Goodyear Director of Global Business Continuity - Mike Janko.

    In this episode Mike and Mark talk about the need for benchmarking by building a program scorecard. Mike says you can’t improve what you can’t measure – and the real value comes in understanding how well you execute your plans and how resilient you really are.

    Mike explains his phrase “Lead, Follow and Guide the Way”.
