  • I met David in December of 2022 at a holiday event for realtors hosted by Doug Edmundson of Fairway Mortgage and Teresa Conley of Centurion Land Title at The Flatiron at The Point on Penn (amazing restaurant, by the way, owned by the fabulous Chef Glenn Brown and his equally fabulous pastry chef wife Ro Brown). We had a wonderful conversation about life and real estate that night. David was so kind to attend my birthday happy hour at Hotel Carmichael a couple of weeks later, right before Christmas. In May of 2023, David and I drove together to Northern Kentucky for a real estate conference where the keynote speaker was the one and only John Maxwell. It was a phenomenal experience to hear him speak live!

    David and I had a fantastic time recording this episode. I hope you enjoy learning about his background and real estate career and hearing him share his story as much as I did!
