  • Pat Chisenhall has always maintained that he acted in self-defense and that he is protected under the Castle Doctrine - a North Carolina law that gives individuals the right to use reasonable force, including deadly force, to protect themselves against an intruder in their home.  But after the crime scene is processed and an autopsy is performed… the team questions whether the Castle Doctrine does in fact stand.
