Today I’m excited to be joined by Coinneach MacLeod, better known throughout the world as the Hebridean Baker!

Since he first began posting his recipes on TikTok, Coinneach’s life has been a flurry of activity, writing two international best-seller cookbooks, making appearances on television and in magazines, and traveling the world on book tours to meet his adoring fans.

With a third book set to be released on February 13, 2024 (available for pre-order on Amazon), I wanted to sit down with Coinneach to talk about his new book, about life in the Outer Hebrides, and how he became the Hebridean Baker.
