  • Christy sits down with Catie Lynch, social worker and former eating disorders therapist, to talk about concerns within the anti-diet space including cancel culture, self-censoring, and policing that occurs. Catie calls it like she sees it at all times and gives others the permission and freedom to do so as well. The caveat is we don't always have to agree on everything but we can use critical thinking and introspection when presented a varying view point - not just jumping straight to cancelling people.
