During her infertility journey, she started exploring alternative approaches to health and wellness, she came across aromatherapy, which is the use of essential oils extracted from plants for therapeutic purposes. Shannon began her aromatherapy journey by learning about different essential oils and their properties and how it helps our body. 

After years of infertility struggles, in God’s perfect time, she finally conceived and carried her pregnancy to term. During her pregnancy, she used aromatherapy to support her physical and emotional well-being and from her personal experience, she also learned about the emotional connections between different body parts and our well-being.
