Cesar has created an incredible career in hospitality, working for brands like IHG, Trust Hospitality LLC and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc.

Cesar struggled with alcohol addiction for decades, hiding his truth from the world until things got so difficult it was impossible to hide any further.

Finally, Cesar decided to open up about his addiction and to become vulnerable about the journey of personal growth he was on.

Now, the book is impacting so many of us who, like him, have struggled with addiction in one way or another.
