  • In today's UX circles, newcomers to the discipline are encouraged to send cold requests to experienced people for assistance and/or jobs. This is done without sensitivity and empathy towards those receiving the requests and people think it's normal. It's time for this type of behavior to end. In this episode, Darren takes time to explain one such interaction, the social inappropriateness associated with such requests, AND what should be done instead.
