  • In this episode, I describe the three stages of business:

    • Season 1: Beginner, your first 5/10 athletes, as covered in the Dream Launcher Program
    • Season 2: Gaining Experience, building to "full", as covered in the Dream to 6 Program
    • Season 3: Scaling, diversifying, building out profitability and clients through scaling & hiring, as covered in the subset program to the Dream to 6, Dream Bigger

    I cover the pitfalls, goals and things to institute and think about in each of the areas.

    The Dream Launcher program is opening again in July for those newer coaches who:

    • Took all the certification classes but are struggling to actually get athletes
    • Have no clue where to start
    • Don’t know what order to invest in the business basics
    • Want help creating effective content (and may even be wondering WHY content??)
    • Are short on time and want to focus on what actually works
