    In this episode I sit down with Adam to discuss his turbulent upbringing and how it lead him down a path of depression, drug dealing and anger. After having the choice to go to jail or join the Australian Defence Force, Adam spent many years in the army before being severely injured in a field exercise.

    We talk about his traumatic upbringing where he suffered physical and mental abuse from his stepfather and the actions he took to come to peace with the trauma.
