  • Lara Cox, playwright, author, comedian, teacher in that order and most recently hypnotherapist and stage hypnotist began training as a hypnotherapist in 2017 and practicing in 2019, just before the pandemic. Her comedic videos which tackle serious issues such as anxiety, phobia, smoking and confident have enabled her to build a hypnotherapy business to the point that she stopped teaching in schools completely in 2022 and is now taking her presentation ‘What’s your fucking problem’ to Vegas where she will be, taking off one of the disguises, sharing some of the her defining history and views on the relationship between her hypnosis and comedy. Since becoming a hypnotherapist, Lara has created over ten protocols which she uses with clients and shares with other hypnotherapists from her Facebook group and YouTube channel "The Life You Were Born to Lead"
