Bill used to be a policeman but left the force in 2021 after mental health struggles.

Whilst in the force he had been helping his wife Emma out with her busy grooming business A to Z Animal Care.

He joined a business accelerator program in 2020 which sparked an entrepreneurial shift, and set him off in a coaching direction, which led to his current role as a business coach to dog groomers all over the U.K.
