Understanding the context of rejection and identity helps to see why we function the way we do. For a more in-depth understanding of identity and rejection, listen to episodes 27 and 28. The guys discuss integration and how labels are needed for insurance but can become a "sentence" for people. Labels are descriptive and not our identity. John states that labels are not psychological tattoos. GFI focuses on going beyond coping to the cure. Observable psychology gives us context but Christ is the answer!
