  • The Lord of the Rings is back in a big way with Amazon Studio's The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power. Set almost 5000 years before the events of the original films, the show follows the exploits of various inhabitants of Middle-Earth as they attempt to uncover the origins of the darkness spreading over the land. While it features a handful of characters from the original films, the show follows all new characters in a familiar yet fresh world.

    Join the Projection Booth's Mike White and The Kulturecast's Chris Stachiw as they take a weekly journey back into the world of Tolkien with a look at the show's fourth episode "The Great Wave".
