  • We all hit rough seas. But how can we effectively process the hard stuff, rather than bottling it up with an attempt to feel good again? 

    Join us for this rich conversation, as we hold the both/and of finding our way forward in difficulties. These lessons can be applied to all challenges you may hit in life, whether it’s a hard moment, a bad day, or a rough patch.

    Together, we dig into the benefits of sitting with our own discomfort and tangible tips of how to do it. We bring in our old friends, acceptance and compassion to help us face the things we’d rather avoid.  

    After skilling up on how to deal with difficulty, we turn to mindset shifts that bring our attention from what’s going wrong to what is actually going right…from what we don’t want to what we do want. Focusing on the positive can be a game-changer, having a ripple effect on our outlook and those around us. 

    Many of our favorite topics make an appearance. Harnessing both intention and attention. Shining our awareness on both our physiological responses and our emotions/thoughts. Replacing our inner critic voice with the inner coach. And of course, presence!
