  • In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing about why it’s OK when it comes to being rejected when it comes to jobs not hiring you. There are a lot of people out here right now that are very qualified for certain jobs, but the reason they don’t get the job is because they’re overqualified. They’re a lot of people that don’t getjobs because of the race or gender. And a lot of people start to panic because of the fact that they haven’t been able to find a job. There are a lot of people that are losing their homes, cars, and now homeless because of the fact they’re not able to find a job. It’s really sad that United States has the highest rate when it comes to homelessness that could be very much avoided, if people were given the opportunity to have jobs. I’m also going to talk about the fact that a lot of jobs are not paying people based upon their experience. Why are these jobs not paying people based on their experience, education, and degrees? Why I don’t really worry about jobs not hiring me and why is it the jobs that reject you 3 to 4 months later end up right back on the job market?
