  • It’s so crazy to think that you need a plan on the 4th of July but, there could be triggers and you probably want to stay sober even if it is a holiday. Can you imagine waking up on the 5th and being back at the start? If you do drink I would hope that you would be able to get back on the wagon ... .but, what if??? I am definitely not trying to scare you! What I am trying to do is make you aware that holidays, even America’s birthday can be a trigger and you want to be sure that you take care of you!
