Tell Max that Horseshoe Theory is a meme? lol

Great story so far but the political and social research is honestly lacking. I know boomers have a hard time knowing what is what but it would be helpful.

Great story and listen

The narrator and people who are specialized in this give a great explanation of how deep alt right values and racist rhetoric by people in political power and power in general can indirectly create these extremists. Some of the conservative deniers that anything is wrong and how this audiobook is politically made miss the entire point of the story that is being told, and shows their derangement

Bazinga

This was an interesting podcast. The narrator did a good job. The interviews varied between good and others that could have been left out. Overall a good listen.

Disclaimer: My enjoyment of the narrator is based on my listening speed. I only leave 5 stars for books I've listened to multiple times. I'll update my review if I listen again.

Interesting, but extremely politically biased

I was drawn to the subject given previous academic study in terrorism, primarily young people and their motivations - 1970s to 2010.

Although the episodes are engaging, the utter political bias is tough to move beyond, appearing as yet another vilification of all things conservative. The writer would do well to steer from politics, as the clearly one-sided view of cause and fault draws into question any validity of his argument.
