  • As part of our 10th QED Changemaker Forum on the Future Ways of Working, we spoke with Lynette Ong, Assistant Chief Operating Officer of Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH). With over 20 years of experience in the public healthcare sector and as an active member of the Design Education Advisory Committee (DEAC), she currently oversees the hospital's operational efficiency through effective resource management, supply chain management, service quality, and value-based care. In this episode, we chat with her about one of TTSH’s initiatives which was featured in the DesignSingapore Council’s Playbook for Building a Design-Led Culture.
