Its 2005 and February 3rd to be exact when a police issue alert comes through from the Saanich Police Department. This alert was for people to be cautious of a recently released individual and it read as this Gilbert Paul Jordan age 73 is the subject of this alert. Jordan is 5’9” and weighs 174 pounds. He is partially bald with grey hair and a grey goatee He wears glasses and has blue eyes. Jordan is currently in the Victoria area but has no fixed address. Jordan has a significant criminal record including manslaughter, and indecent assault to a female. He uses alcohol to lure his victims. Jordans target victim group is adult females. Jordan is subject to court ordered conditions which includes staying away from the consumption of alcohol, not to be in the company of any female person or persons in any place where alcohol is either being consumed or possessed by that person or persons. If you observe this subject in violation of any of the above conditions please call the Saanich police department or 911. So why is 73 year old man having a police alert out him, who is what did he do? Grab a drink this is one bad.
