  • In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing how to find self-respect and self-love of yourself through getting away from society standards. This one is probably going to hit a lot of people like a ton of bricks when I go into this particular podcast. Because there’s a lot of people that have tried to be a part of society standards that don’t belong there in the first place. Right now I’m currently in a spiritual sabbatical, where I am isolated from the world. I am currently in an isolation, hibernation, and cocoon stage of recovery where it’s just me and God. Me allowing God to guide me towards my path, purpose, and journey to a new and better me. I’ve been in this sabbatical for about two weeks now. But based upon the stages of it, I’ve been in it for probably about seven years and didn’t know it. And God put me in a spiritual sabbatical without me, even knowing it. And how getting away from society has made me find who I am, but embracing my flaws and imperfections and turning them into strength, making peace with all the things that have happened to me, figuring out my standards, what I believe in and what it is that I want in my life I found my purpose, journey, and path that I’m meant to be on based upon what God has put me on. And through going through this journey is how I’m gonna go about helping other people who are going through negative situations alland all, and trying to recover and heal from these situations . As well as helping people to learn, grow, and evolve, as well as elevate, learn, mature, a new and better version of themselves .They’re not going to go back to the person that they were, let go of the standards that they have now lamented, or lowering our standards for people that are not worth them. So I hope this podcast has resonates with a lot of you.
