Kristie Stultz is an owner of LifeCycle in Hendersonville, TN. She has been described by many as the Energizer Bunny who exudes love and energy to all those around her in fitness and in life. Outside of the LifeCycle studio, Kristie is a nurse at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, wife, mother of two boys, and grandmother of Lana and Weston.

Her passion for cycling started 20 years ago in Austin, TX as a road cyclist and cycle class instructor. Her goal for everyone in her classes is to walk away feeling they have achieved something beyond what they thought they could do.

Opening a fitness studio has always been in her path and with God's timing and her best friend of 25 years, Shannon Cook, they are able to bring this dream to reality with LifeCycle!

Elijah Young is a Nashville native who grew up in recording studios, backstage green rooms, and church pews. With a natural ability in sports, baseball opened up many doors of opportunity and scholarships. He attended Victory University in Memphis TN before transferring to Southwestern University in Waxahatchie, TX. He moved back to Nashville in 2017 to transition to a successful career in sales. From having it all in his 20s to facing depression, addiction, and homelessness, Elijah fought hard to break through the barriers of being tested in some of the most extreme ways imaginable.
