  • Weird Science! In season 1, episode 9 of Submerged w/Dan Bublitz Jr, Dan is joined by comedian and biologist J.P. Martin who submerges Dan into the intriguing world of biology. J.P. wasn't immediately fascinated in biology, in fact, in high school, J.P. initially failed biology class and had to take it over in summer school where one teacher would change the direction of J.P.'s whole life. J.P. explains what he does as a biologist working in a lab at a university and talks about his favorite type of biology along with what he hopes to do with his career to help people. J.P. also talks about the scientist and his studies that have led him down his path as a biologist and J.P. explains to Dan how viruses work.
