    Aug 14 2024

A darkly satirical take on the ‘Centrist Dad Podcast’ genre.

After losing his seat at the 2024 General Election, troubled former Tory cabinet minister Tom Dudley-Brown joins forces with formidable BBC foreign affairs veteran Julia Markham to offer an unorthodox weekly take on domestic and international politics – while gently promoting the agenda of their employers at sinister production company Omerta Media.

Everything is News offers a behind-the-curtain look at the halls of power, with no topic off-limits – from Julia’s complex relationship with misunderstood Iraqi frontman Saddam Hussein, to Tom’s deteriorating mental state and indirect responsibility for the deaths of more than thirty Ukrainian soldiers.

Tom Dudley-Brown is played by Michael Clarke
