He did this while chasing his dreams of becoming a pro fighter in Thailand, where he moved to study Muy Thai. After facing a serious knee injury and multiple surgeries Mark developed a serious victim mentality that he wasn't sure he would ever shake.

    After attending an Emotional Detox seminar, he was introduced to the principles of getting your story out on paper, slowing it down, changing your words, freeing up your breath, and overcoming the limiting beliefs to begin telling a more empowering story.

    Since, he has studied with some of the major behavior change theories and theorists to develop his program at Enlifted where he is the co-founder and head coach certifying over 350 coaches who have delivered over 10,000 coaching sessions with this method. We talk about how this is done

    Megan Henry is a former Olympic level athlete in the sport of skeleton, which is a sport similar to bobsledding or luge but done face first at speeds close to 90 mph. She is an adventure junkie who loved to compete but ultimately has transitioned into the field of mental performance coaching due to her amazing and extensive experience utilizing coaches in her Olympic run.

    Megan has two master's degree: one in sports psychology and another in intelligence studies. She is an army intelligence officer and a mindset transformation coach, associate leadership coach, certified as a personal trainer, through the flow research collective, and mental performance coaching certified.


    She is a world record holder who has been on 5 USA skeleton national teams, 3 world champion teams, and has been recognized a 3x Army world class athlete.


    We discussed her entry into Olympic sports, her discovery of mental performance coaching and how it changed her performance, her struggles both in sports and transitioning out, and her desire and journey of becoming a mental performance coach herself. We touch on the common struggles of athletes, what she would have done differently with her knowledge now, how to overcome self-doubt, gain confidence, focus, and many other coaching hacks.

  • From Marine to Mind Master: Dr. Bob Choat on Integration and Potential

    Dr. Bob Choat is currently an executive and peak performance coach who grew up labeled as a moron, clinically, due to a currently outdated label for a low IQ test at young age. He developed his body through years of various martials and his mind through his insatiable curiosity and study. He served in the Marine Corps and was later recognized by MENSA for his genius level IQ. His story includes time as an LAPD officer, marine, fifth degree blackbelt, and double PhD in clinical psychology and neuropsychology while he works towards a third in physics!

    He was also a certified hypnotist who took to the stage as "Bobby Spade" to perform stage hypnosis. His studies include getting certified as a master trainer in NLP and through the EEG institute to read brain waves. Bob has his own podcast called The School of Transformation and began the Integrated Mind Institute while also writing a book called Mind Your Own Fitness and is soon to launch his new book, Develop the Champion Within.

    There is SO much more that could be said about Bob without scratching the surface, which I love.
