The past 3 years working on the podcast have been equal parts rewarding and challenging. It has been an absolute honor and a privilege to have created a platform which has been able to help people share their stories and experiences with each other.

In this, the final episode of Excuse me Shaun Phillip Naylor reflects on his podcasting journey. the highs and the lows experienced whilst bringing this much-loved show to you, and the reasons behind his decision to put the show to rest, for now.

  • A Creepy Christmas
    Dec 20 2022

The festive season is a time to be jolly and revel in Holiday traditions that our families have celebrated for years. We even spread Christmas cheer by singing loud and clear for all to hear. From Christmas Carolers to Krampus. The Yule Cat to a malevolent Goblin from Southern Europe. We’ve got the Tea on all these spooky Christmas traditions and more.

  • The Smart Dyslexic - with Che Turner
    Dec 6 2022

This week on Excuse me we’re going to be talking about something that effects approximately 15% of all people. Dyslexia. Dyslexia doesn’t discriminate as it occurs in people of all genders and backgrounds. Dyslexia occurs in every language spoken and from every country. And most people don’t even know that they live with it.

Today's Guest is a great friend of mine who is an advocate for spreading awareness and dismantling the stigma that surrounds Dyslexia. Che Turner. Che is the founder of the smart dyslexic. Where his goal is to help others with dyslexia gain a deeper understanding of the challenge, so they can live productive and fulfilling lives. Che recently shared his own Dyslexia story online with the British Dyslexia Association in an incredibly personal and touching article. Che is also working a little something incredible that will potentially change the game for anyone who has dyslexia.
