    On TravelwithSrikanth, we take you today on a journey to the Yoga essentials in our chat with Raman Pushkar who is a Yoga Enthusiast based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Raman is currently a Well Being Consultant. Raman is a trained and experienced Yoga practitioner from various institutions covering : Sivananda Ashram Canada , K.Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Shala Mysore, Bikram Hot Yoga Hyderabad, B.KS. Iyengar Yogashala Kuala Lumpur, Yoga Alliance USA, Indian Yoga Association and other Yoga communities. He is also a - Mindfulness and meditation practitioner from Vipasana School Global and Awakened Mind Australia in collaboration with a Pharmaceutical organisation -  Runner, have participated in multiple half-marathons and running events for charity and community work He is been someone whom most of us look upto for tips and suggestions on basic, easy yoga concepts that we could kick-start our day with.
