A report entitled ‘Avoiding a Trap and Embracing the Megatrends: Proposals for a New Growth Model in EU-CEE’ was published in 2021 by the Vienna Institute for International Economic Studies and was commissioned and funded by the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung.
