One of the biggest concerns for parents who are divorcing is the effect the divorce will have on their children. In fact, this concern can weigh so heavy, that sometimes it keeps individuals in marriages that are no longer healthy (and sometimes no longer safe), with the thought of, "Staying together is what's best for the kids".
