Milton, AKA “America’s Failure Coach.” I’ve spent the last 30+ years coaching, mentoring, leading, and training audiences around the world on the positive aspects of how to use their failed experiences to become successful. Join me and our guest, General Rodney Fogg as we talk about the importance of leadership, patience, and a good attitude.


    Rodney Fogg is a retired two-star Army General who has worked his way up from platoon leader, to two-star General, to Deputy Chief of Staff of Logistics - and that of course didn't come without his challenges.



    You are a champion. How do I know? Because you showed up. If you want to be successful, half the battle is showing up. Most of us from a very early age have been conditioned to believe that failure is negative, but that’s simply not true.
