    So I would tell anybody that is about to embark on some kind of a journey. As far as fitness goes to sit back and restore some self-reflection and make decisions based on where they want their future self to be. I was talking to one of my boys the other day, mentioning to him that if I could have my 10 year in the future, Connor come to the present time and talk to me, would he be proud of the way that I was living now? The things that I was doing in my daily life, or would I see this 800 pound monster, try to squeeze through the door to visit me. These are questions that I think are important to ask and also answer things to meditate on things, to think about. One of the things that brings me back before, I'm about to do something that I know that I'm gonna regret that I'm, that I know that my tenure in the future self is going to despise me for. I pull back and I work on making better decisions and pausing for just a moment. So I'll actually physically stop everything and just breathe. So if I'm about to sneak into that, drive through, if I'm about to hit,

    You know, five double cheeseburgers and a whole bunch of milkshakes, and just pile this food down, I stop before I do it. And there's part of you. This is gonna be your ego talking. Now there's part of you. That's gonna create this drive to go do it. And there's another part of you. That's gonna say, Hey, you know what? Let's, let's not so delay it. Once you delay it, studies have shown. And I saw this study. The other day, studies have shown that upwards of 30% of those decisions won't actually come to fruition. You won't go through that. Drive through you won't eat that box of donuts. You won't drink that half bottle of vodka. You won't do these things. If you just pause and become mindful, think about where you are. And then also look at what impact this is gonna have on you over time, once in a while.
