  • Be Calm Daily Meditation
    Jul 15 2024
Be calm is another relaxer that focuses the word calm. Being calm in day to day life can change everything from perspective, clarity of thought and how we receive information. We know the world or others may not inspire calmness, but we can maintain it with a bit of practice and regular attention.

Use this meditation daily and over time your mind will take over and bring the calm in before your day starts, after a stressful period or at the end of the day so you can attend your relationships without difficult energy following you home. Using different meditations over time builds neuro links making it easier and easier to find your happy place regardless of influences that may have overwhelmed you in the past. It can seem as if doing many different meditations at once may make life better, but in truth allowing each meditation the time to integrate is what works best. Even if you listen only once, waiting a week between changing meditations is beneficial, Listening daily to any 15 minute meditation will make sure it works well for you. After a while you may not need them or only need them occasionally.

Note about subscriptions: these are full meditations added to monthly, It can be tempting to dive in and try everything all at once but the benefit comes to mastering a technique and then moving on. Take your time to assess your needs and give a week for each meditation so it consolidates and becomes natural within your system. it is worth it for the long term benefits.

  • Body Mind release
    Aug 11 2023
When your body reacts to your thoughts a sense of anxiety or constant stress can be common. The body doens't need to respond to thoughts, it is perfectly capable of responding to dangerous situations without conscious thoughts. Allowing your mind the freedom of being able to find solutions, plan and process without the body responses is creative and productive. This is a short meditation for a bigger proglem so you may find that practicing it a number of times will be the best plan for effective outcomes.
