  • Tommy Short's Year of Living Phone Free
    Jul 11 2024

Tommy Short is on day 311 of an extraordinary experiment: living without a cell phone for an entire year. This bold decision has dramatically changed his understanding of presence, connection, and spirituality.

Short, who is chronicling his journey in a book, explores the raw emotional highs and lows of living disconnected in a hyper-connected world.

Short believes his story will resonate with many. His experiences challenge the constant connectivity that defines modern life and encourage a more intentional approach to relationships and personal presence.

Short’s blog, www.nophone365.com, provides further insights and reflections from his year-long experiment, offering readers a glimpse into his transformative journey.

For those seeking inspiration to question the value of constant connectivity, Short’s story serves as a powerful reminder of the benefits of living a more connected, intentional life.

  • Author Sara Cormany: Experiencing God's presence during difficult days
    May 15 2024

In a special Finding Faith segment we speak with author Sara Cormany. Suffering from a long list of chronic pain/autoimmune disorders, Sara Cormany has spent much of her life in and out of doctor’s offices and hospital rooms.

Cormany has channeled that into a way to help others though.

She joined us to talk about her journey and what she is doing to help others.

Sara has channeled her experiences into a raw and vulnerable 40-day devotional for anyone experiencing hardship and adversity.

She says her thoughtful and compassionate writing is a reminder that God is with us, even when we are in the midst of life’s seemingly endless valleys, including grief, child loss, loneliness, depression, and so much more.

The mother of four has faced multiple miscarriages, near-fatal bouts of sepsis, and stroke. Yet somehow, through the fear and uncertainty, her faith has only grown stronger.

In an emotional interview with Amicia Ramsey, Cormany shares her story and hopes to share inspiration with others.
