  • In which the Mister and Monsters join me in reviewing THE FALL GUY (2024), from writers Glen A. Larson and Drew Pearce, the film is directed by David Leitch. Stuntman Colt Seavers (Ryan Gosling) suffers an almost fatal injury and is pulled out of a self-imposed retirement when he's asked to work on a movie directed by his former girlfriend, Jody (Emily Blunt), but quickly learns there's more to this job than taking a few bumps and possibly rekindling an old romance. He must also find the film's missing star Tom Ryder (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) more to help Jody but learns a few secrets along the way. The film clocks in at 2 h and 67 m, is rated PG-13 and is available to buy/rent on Prime Video. Please note there are SPOILERS in this review.
