  • In this first episode, Cam and Phil discuss the "experiential arc" of a teacher.  The what?  Yeah, although most people have spent at least 12 years of their life in a school, the classroom takes on a different meaning when you are the person in front, looking out at a group of fresh young faces.  Join them as they examine from head to heart, the experiences of "SURVIVING" as a first-year teacher to "MENTORING" as a veteran.
