  • Hello, welcome to three truths. The Bible says in Hebrews 10:25, "not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another and all the more as you see the Day approaching."

    Three truths about the importance of gathering together in this passage:

    1. Truth number one: Gathering is a command for the believer, in the same way that we have been saved by the grace of the Lord. Now we are moved by that same grace to gather with other saved people.


    2. Truth number two: Gathering is important because it is the way we encourage each other, but also correct each other. Individualism often blinds us to our own mistakes.

    3. Truth number three: Because the Day of the Lord's coming is getting closer, we are more likely to endure it to the end if we are accompanied by others.

    So may the Lord help us.
