  • Amazing discusion with an 18-year-old who's about to swim to Rottnest...in the DARK! Georgia is raising awareness for mental health following her own 'battle' with depression. She is an outstandingly inspiring individual who's going to have a big impact.

    Through her own battles with a broken home and suffering depression through early years, this is a raw and open conversation about how she's battled the low times and deals with them in a poistive and challenging way.

    Her goal to challenge herself as a way of keeping focused has lead her to the upcoming solo swim to Rottnest Island of the West coast of Perth (Western Australia) - 19.7km's in the dark, is remarkable and inspiring.

    We talk about the difficulties facing teenagers and the prevalence of depression and suicide, broken methods of prescribed anti-depressants and a lack of holistic approaches to tackling this monumental issue facing not only teenagers but adults alike.
