Keith Weinhold, the voice of real estate investing since 2014 today's show should help a lot of people as you grow your real estate portfolio over time. You add to it and you multiply it. You do that by using more of your own money and more of other people's money and more of your equity from one property to buy another property. But we've all got to begin with the end in mind, today's show is about your exit strategy, how to sell your property, whether it's selling all of them or some of them, and you're doing that in both a tax efficient way and a management efficient way, because it's about how to exchange them into a partnership. Still get financial upside for appreciation and cash flow, but yet you achieve about as much passivity as what you would have with a Schwab or say, Vanguard mutual fund.
