Phyllis Cameron joins the Busses once again to discuss another form of contending - intercession. Phyllis began her journey with intercession as a young child when her mother designated her bedroom as a prayer room. Now, Phyllis moves powerfully in intercession and she shares many valuable insights on prayer, what it means to “pray through,” and the need for consistency and patience in the prayer closet. Our Father is calling intercessors to rise up and stand in the gap with tenacity and faith to see the Outpouring of His glory in families, cities, states, and nations. We are into contending for the Outpouring, and one of the ways that we do that is through praise. Now, we all probably often say things like, “Lord, I praise you,” or “Praise God for that!” But do we really know what that means? The Busses take a deep dive into this discussion and share some of the Hebrew words for praise in the Scriptures that will give you an idea for the many ways praise can be expressed, why it’s so important, and how boasting in the greatness of our Father is a weapon of warfare in contending for the Outpouring.

The Busses are joined again by Valerie Melroy, a dear friend who is newly on the board of directors at Global Outpouring. Valerie was a speaker at our recent convention, and she got a word of the Lord about “the new wine is in the cluster.” The enemy has worked tirelessly to isolate us in recent years, but we need each other now more than ever before. It’s time for the Outpouring! It’s time for the new wine! And that new wine can only be found by coming together as a “cluster.” The Father is calling us back into community so the we can work together - every generation, tribe, and tongue - to bring in the harvest as He pours out of Himself in these last days.

Valerie Melroy, a longtime friend of the Busses, joins them to share about her amazing journey to experience the Love of the Father. When she was young, the Lord began to work in her a compassion for those with mental illnesses and traumas, and a desire to be on the mission field. She began to see how those two things are connected when in a season of loss and depression, she reached out to discover who God is and who she is in Him. Then Valerie experienced the true Love of the Father for the first time, as well as her identity as a son of God. And because of that revelation, the Father uses her to minister deliverance and inner healing to people with father and mother wounds.

The Father wants you to know how much He loves you! Tune in to learn more about Valerie’s story, and how you can also be drawn into the love and goodness of the Father and draw others into healing and deliverance in His loving embrace.

The Busses are joined by special guest, Olivia Buie, who has a beautiful testimony of overcoming rejection, trauma, addiction, and witchcraft by encountering the love of the Father.

Growing up in an environment rife with abuse and a lack of love, Olivia grappled with feelings of inferiority and engaged in self-destructive behaviors. She shares her experiences within Mormonism, torn between its works-based beliefs and the unconditional love she longed for. Olivia reveals a turning point in her life when she embraced a personal relationship with Jesus, discovering His all-encompassing love and acceptance in a transformative encounter at the Brownsville Revival, where she felt unconditionally loved by the Father for the first time.

And there’s much more to her story! Olivia’s testimony will encourage you to run to the Father’s wide-spread arms and find healing and deliverance there in His love.
