It is eye opening when we recognize the fact that the things other people are doing or saying... are not about us. The thing other people are doing and saying is about THEM and their past and their personal word and agreements.

So why do we assume their words and actions have a secret message laying within for us? And what can we do about it?

We form thoughts with words and those words dictate our life and our experiences. The words we chose to believe mold our existence. The words we speak about other have the power to mold their existence. And the words we use silently and aloud about ourselves completely dictate our world.

The KEY is that we get to chose the words we desire to be truth and that is the most powerful thing ever.
